Make some time for yourself to feel happier

Everyone is talking about “just be happy”, “do things you like” but it is not that easy. How do I find time for that? With some small changes, it is possible to have at least 5 minutes a day to increase one’s happiness. You won’t believe me? Go ahead and try it for yourself after listening to this podcast.
