We try to offer understanding about our familie’s worries while criticizing some, which we believe are more so testaments to older times and changing views.

These days, when you look at people’s faces, almost everyone seems exhausted. Why is that? Why, as a society, do we struggle so much to truly rest? In this podcast, we explore the causes of burnout and the effects stress has on our bodies and minds. We will draw on studies from the World Health Organization while also talking about our own experiences with stress related to university life and work. Together, we will try to answer an important question: how can we learn to treat our bodies and minds better?
