In our podcast we will be looking at how envy is portrayed in the movie Seven from 1995 and in an interview style portion answer some questions in regards to the movie, envy and the religious concept of it all.

Overcoming envy can be hard. In today‘s episode Raghad, Nour, Jannik and Swenia discuss different strategies and tips on how you can deal with envy. At the end of the episode they hope that you get a better understanding of that strong emotion and that it does not take much to overcome it and to even benefit from a rather negative feeling by turning it into something positive.
