Work, school, lock-downs and pandemic. When all combined, we find ourselves in an emotional and mental chaos. It becomes hard to follow even our daily routines and carry out the tasks that we need to do. What we need is to stop and think for one moment and recognize our surroundings and ourselves that we are alive and be present in the moment. However, it is very difficult to keep the track, since our minds wander most of the time. We cannot enjoy the little moments which would contribute to our well-being and inner peace. After experiencing the epiphany that we, Elif, Melanie and Jennifer wanted to try and adapt different practices that would help us be in the present moment and improve our well-being. Enjoy!
